Shipping Information
We welcome customers who live within a short driving distance to pick up their orders. our orders are shipped through USPS and or FEDEX. all of our barefoot plants are dipped in a substance (tera sorb) on the roots to hold moisture in during transit. They are then placed inside the shipping container lined with plastic and the roots are wrapped in shredded wet newspaper. This allows the plants to be shipped without danger of drying out. our bulbs and ferns are shipped packaged in peat moss and inside a plastic bag inside a shipping carton.
When ordering plants for the fall or spring season, we will plan your shipment for a/s/a/p depending upon the zone in which we are shipping to. most orders will ship within 1- 2 weeks, and SHOULD DELIVER 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER SHIPMENT. ALL ORDERS MUST CONTAIN A PHYSICAL SHIPPING ADDRESS.

When you place an online order with Hills Creek Nursery, you will receive an order acknowledgment either in the mail or by email. Most northern orders will be shipped based upon the temperatures in the area, this give plants an ample chance for survival.
